The top navigation can be edited in WordPress at Appearance > Menus.

The active navigation is called ‘Top Navigation’

The link to SNAPP logo that appears to the left of the navigation can be edited in WordPress at Settings > Custom Options Plus > SNAPP Logo Top Nav.

This is a full URL pointer to the logo file which should reside in the WordPress Media Library at Media.
