SNAPP Teams can be edited in 3 different sections in WordPress. All sections link together.


In this section, the general setup of the teams happens.

  • Name (Title field)
  • Overview
  • Status
  • Goals
  • Team Members
  • Team Leaders
  • Challenge
  • Challenge Description
  • Solutions Summary
  • Goal Image — Appears alongside Goals section of Teams page
  • Solution Image — Appears alongside Solutions section of Teams page
  • Featured Image — Hero Image

Featured image (hero image) should be 1600 × 300. Additionally, the gradient should be added to the lower portion of the hero image.

Goal and solution image should be 300 x 300 (squared)

Only if the Goal image and solution image have been added the system, it will appear on the site.

Team Members

In this section, SNAPP team members can be added / edited in WordPress.

  • Full name (Title field)
  • Sort Name
  • Organization

Sort Name should be Team Member last name and will be used in displaying team member on the site.

The team members names appear in the ‘Team Members’ and ‘Team Leaders’ pick lists in the Teams section.


In this section, the Solutions can be added / edited in WordPress.

  • Title
  • URL
  • Team Name – dropdown of all Team Names
  • Type – dropdown list
  • Publication Name
  • Summary

To update the ‘Type’ list in WordPress, go to Custom Fields > Solutions > Type and make changes in the “Choices” field

The selection of the Team Name will tie this solution to that Team and will ensure this solution appears on the Team page.
