Our Challenge

Miranda joined The Nature Conservancy in 2023 as the Program Coordinator for SNAPP. Prior to joining TNC, Miranda was a coordinator for the Climate Solutions team at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP). While at the TRCP, she led the multi-organizational Natural Infrastructure Working Group, developed educational materials for the Nature-Based Solutions campaign, and supported U.S. federal natural infrastructure policy tracking and development.

Miranda holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sustainability and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in college, she interned for the North Carolina Public Interest Research Group and the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust.

In her free time, Miranda enjoys cooking, hiking in the parks around her home of Durham, NC, and learning how to make pottery.
